To help you nurture a supportive and creative department
After a career as a professor at Georgetown University, Catherine Langlois developed a consulting practice dedicated to helping academic departments deliver excellence in teaching, research and service. She intervenes in departments experiencing significant dysfunction to restore a cooperative and professional environment in which students can learn and scholars can thrive.
Her interventions are informed by her scholarship on the rational underpinnings of conflict and cooperation. She has published extensively on the game theoretic aspects of conflict and cooperation and is a past President of the Peace Science Society International.
Catherine Langlois is also a Certified Organizational Ombudsman Practitioner and served as Faculty Ombuds Officer at Georgetown University for ten years.
